ENGINEERS working on military electronics may have committed suicide through telekinesis – the ability to move objects with the mind, it has been claimed.
The four young men were working for one of Turkey’s leading military electronics companies, Hurriyet Daily News reports.
They were working on a friend-or-foe recognition system for warplanes, and all allegedly committed suicide in 2006 and 2007.
In a report by the Turkish Prime Ministry Inspection Board, neuropsychology expert Nevzat Tarhan suggests the four dead could have been made to commit suicide by telekinesis – waves of electricity sent to their brains from up to 1.5km away.
He said the telekinesis would cause severe distress and headaches, which could have given the men a tendency to suicide.
The report was produced for the Ankara Public Prosecutor, which is investigating the suicides.
