Daredevil Felix Baumgartner broke the speed of sound and shattered three records one year ago after he took a leap from 24 miles above the Earth on the edge of space.

Now, a new incredible point-of-view video of the astounding 128,000-foot jump has been released by Red Bull, the company that bankrolled the daredevil’s adventure.

It also includes the nerve-wracking moment during Baumgartner’s free-fall when he entered into a spin that left many wondering if the Austrian would successfully pull off the feat.

“It’s hard to tell what happened because I have to look at the video footage. … Somehow I started spinning. … It felt like a flat spin,” Baumgartner said last year, adding that he felt a lot of pressure in his head during the fall.

In addition to being the first person to break the sound barrier in free-fall, the extreme athlete also broke two other records, including the highest exit from a platform at 128,000 feet and the highest free-fall without a drogue parachute, which was measured at 119,846 feet.
